14 April 2005 Executive Leadership Symposium 2005 Nursing Practice and Standards Captain Lisa St.Pierre Ferguson is selected by the United States Air Force, as the outstanding Advanced Practice Nurse of 2004 (Nurse Practitioner). Among her achievements, Capt. Ferguson saved the USAF $334K. She was recognized for : Command Proficiency, Crisis Management, Lifesaving, Effective Patient Treatment, and Reorganization of Records and Documentation. Four officers were recognized by the USAF in their medical specialties. Capt. Ferguson earned an MSN, specialization Nurse Practitioner, from Texas Women’s University in 2002, with a 4.0 GPA. Her TWU mentor, Peggy Mancuso was an honored guest at the symposium. Capt. Ferguson is a DeSoto, TX, HS graduate. |
